No. ALYGN non fa diagnosi, non è uno strumento clinico e non sostituisce un professionista della salute mentale. L'analisi è generata con intelligenza artificiale (Google Gemini) e può sbagliare: quello che scegli di scrivere resta sempre una tua decisione.

Vengono eliminati i dati sul dispositivo e quelli collegati al tuo account sui nostri server. L'operazione non si può annullare. Se preferisci, puoi chiederlo anche via email allo stesso indirizzo qui sopra.
Sì: Tu → Impostazioni → Dati & Privacy → Esporta i tuoi dati (JSON). Il file contiene i tuoi decode, le persone e le note.
Il codice di recupero (12 parole) è la chiave con cui il testo dei tuoi decode, le analisi e i nomi e le note sulle persone vengono cifrati prima di lasciare il telefono. Non lo abbiamo e non possiamo rigenerarlo: senza codice, quel contenuto cifrato non è recuperabile da un nuovo dispositivo. Sul telefono dove hai già l'app tutto continua a funzionare, e da lì puoi generare un nuovo codice.
Oggi ALYGN è gratuito. Se in futuro introdurremo un piano a pagamento, lo dichiareremo chiaramente prima, dentro l'app.
Il testo che analizzi passa dai nostri server a Google Gemini per l'analisi e non viene usato per addestrare modelli. Con un account, il testo dei decode, le analisi, le chat importate e i nomi e le note sulle persone vengono sincronizzati cifrati end-to-end; alcuni dati numerici del profilo restano leggibili. Senza account non esce nulla che riguardi altre persone: nomi, note e testi restano su questo telefono. Tutto per esteso nella Privacy Policy e nella pagina Sicurezza.

No. ALYGN does not diagnose, it is not a clinical tool and it does not replace a mental health professional. The analysis is generated with artificial intelligence (Google Gemini) and can be wrong: what you choose to write is always your decision.

Yes: You → Settings → Data & Privacy → Export your data (JSON). The file contains your decodes, people and notes.
The recovery code (12 words) is the key that encrypts the text of your decodes, the analyses and the names of and notes about people before they leave your phone. We do not have it and cannot regenerate it: without the code, that encrypted content cannot be recovered on a new device. On the phone where you already have the app everything keeps working, and from there you can generate a new code.
ALYGN is free today. If we ever introduce a paid plan, we will say so clearly beforehand, inside the app.
The text you analyse goes through our servers to Google Gemini for the analysis and is not used to train models. With an account, the text of your decodes, the analyses, your imported chats and the names of and notes about people sync end-to-end encrypted; some numeric profile data stays readable.
