ALYGN is a communication intelligence tool that helps you understand your emotional communication patterns. It uses AI to analyse text you provide and returns insights about perception gaps, communication flags, and EQ indicators. It is a self-reflection tool, not a medical device, mental health service, or substitute for professional psychological support.
You must be at least 16 years old to use ALYGN. By using the service, you confirm you meet this requirement.
You can use ALYGN anonymously. If you choose to link an email or Google account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share your account or use it to impersonate others.
You retain ownership of any text you paste into ALYGN. The text you decode and the structured analysis are kept in your own private space — on your device and in your own node of our database — so your history and per-person memory work; conversations you import are kept the same way. Nothing you provide is used for anything other than coaching you: it is never shared, sold, or used to train models. Deleting a decode, a conversation, or your account removes it (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you analyse (e.g. messages from other people).
ALYGN's insights are generated by AI and are probabilistic, not definitive. They reflect patterns in language, not psychological diagnoses. Do not make significant life decisions based solely on ALYGN's output. ALYGN is not a crisis or emergency service and is not a substitute for professional care. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, or you are having thoughts of harming yourself, contact your local emergency number right away — in Italy and the EU, 112 — or a crisis line: in Italy, Telefono Amico Italia 02 2327 2327, or the anti-violence and stalking line 1522 (free, 24/7).
We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
ALYGN is currently free during its beta period (until 1 September 2026). We may introduce paid tiers after that date. Existing users will receive advance notice before any free features become paid.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
ALYGN is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by Italian law. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Milan, Italy, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
